Song for October |
And
I awoke in rainy autumn and walked abroad in a shower of all my days. |
||
The sun of October summery on the hill's shoulder where I wandered.
There I would marvel my birthday away.
But the weather turned around...
To the rain wringing wind blow cold in the woods far away under me.
O
may the heart's truth still be sung from this high hill in a year's turning. - Dylan Thomas |
