Gentlemen Vinters
Alas, "Rod Almighty!" No Longer With Us.
Vineyard photography is very rewarding.
So is taking photos during the winemaking process.
Harvested grapes are left to ferment for
a couple of weeks before being pressed to extract juices.
The extracted grape juice is then transferred to bottles for aging.
Dregs from the press; grape juice trickles into bucket.
Taste testing: wine glasses filled directly
from the spigot (very sweet/highly intoxicating).
Gallons of raw wine is allowed to settle before dispensing into bottles.
They are not long, the days of wine and roses.
